I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and SOTP Counselor with an educational background from Wayland Baptist University. I have experience working with clients who have relationship/sexual issues, Anxiety, Depression, Substance abuse, Grief, and trauma.

It's your story and your journey. I enjoy helping clients challenge negative thinking patterns by identifying the origin of your life trap. Finding your authentic self is possible.

I like to integrate different therapy types for each client, depending on their individual situation. However, my go to therapy type is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. You will be challenged on your thought processes and ability to identify and express your emotions. You will receive honest, compassionate, and empathetic therapy services.

We will work on identifying core beliefs and attachment styles that you may have developed in early childhood or because of a history of complex trauma. We will also work on understanding schemas that may have developed with educational videos and discussing the impacts. We will also work on learning how to identify your emotions and learning new coping techniques to challenge your beliefs.
