Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find meaningful paths toward healing. With years of experience working with diverse populations, I specialize in trauma, crisis management, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and relationship struggles. The age groups I typically work with, and specialize in, is 14-35.

I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their emotions and develop the tools they need to lead more fulfilling lives. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's unique needs, my goal is to empower you to grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.

Whether you're facing overwhelming stress, seeking to understand past trauma, or simply wanting to improve your mental well-being, I'm here to walk alongside you in your journey toward emotional health.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy that is focused on your needs, goals, and personal pace. My therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches allow us to work together in a way that is most beneficial to you.

I am passionate about helping you discover your unique authenticity, as I believe that embracing who you truly are can lead to increased confidence, enhanced self-esteem, and a more positive outlook on life. In our work together, my priority is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered and in control of your healing process. We will move at your pace, and everything we explore will be done with your comfort and readiness in mind.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, understood, and empowered. I believe in fostering a trust-based relationship where we move at your pace and prioritize your comfort. Therapy can bring up painful emotions, trigger both positive and difficult memories, and challenge you to see things from new perspectives. While this process can be uncomfortable at times, it’s often through these feelings that we begin to heal.

As your therapist, I am here to guide and support you, but the journey is ultimately yours. You are the one who will experience and work through these emotions, and together, we’ll navigate the path forward toward growth and healing.
