Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed and find it difficult to work through your challenges on your own? Are you seeing your child struggle and want to help support them and address their challenges? Do family challenges seem too much?

I work with children, teens and adults. Specializing in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Behavior Modification, Stress Management, Social Skills and Parenting Strategies. Therapy provides a safe, open and objective space to explore your challenges and validate your success.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral therapy and supportive interaction. These tools help develop goals in therapy as well as track progression made. Each treatment modality also helps the clients develop a sense of self and understanding with how their mind works.

What you can expect from me

In session you and I will develop an action plan for our sessions to address presenting concerns. I typically give homework between sessions to help guide clients into prioritizing their mental health and overall wellness. In session we will work together to set goals and achieve change.
