At Preferred Behavioral Health Agency, I am committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports individuals and families in achieving emotional wellness and stability. My approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting clients where they are and helping them build the skills needed for lasting change.

I have experience working with diverse populations and providing services such as comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I support clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions, using a collaborative and strengths-based approach.

At PBHA, we believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. I am dedicated to helping each client develop practical coping strategies, improve overall functioning, and move toward their personal goals with confidence.

My approach to therapy

Our approach to therapy at Preferred Behavioral Health Agency (PBHA) is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on helping clients achieve stability and long-term success in their daily lives. We work to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and actively participating in their treatment.

We utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and skill-building interventions, to support clients in improving emotional regulation, communication, and overall functioning. Our approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, with a strong emphasis on meeting clients where they are and helping them develop practical tools they can apply in real-life situations.

Within the PBHA model, We collaborate closely with clients, families, and other providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care. We support individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, and life transitions, with a focus on promoting independence, resilience, and meaningful progress toward their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with Preferred Behavioral Health Agency (PBHA) to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on building a strong foundation for care. We prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, experiences, and goals at their own pace.

During the initial session, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to better understand each client’s emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs. We work collaboratively with clients (and families when appropriate) to identify strengths, explore current challenges, and begin establishing meaningful, individualized goals for treatment.

Our approach is warm, empowering, and solution-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Clients can expect to leave the first session with a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process, initial goals, and a plan for moving forward toward improved stability, coping, and overall well-being.
