Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified EMDR therapist. I specialize in individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating major life changes. As someone who has managed major life changes in my own life numerous times, I understand the multitude of emotions that come with it. I am a career changer, have worked in the field of education and the corporate world, and have lived abroad. My vast life experience has made me open-minded and compassionate towards everyone I meet.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm and inviting space for clients to feel comfortable. I want your therapy session to feel like a conversation with someone you trust, free of judgement and full of understanding and empathy. In my sessions, I use a range of talk therapy and EMDR trauma processing. Together, we can explore your inner thoughts, hopes and fears, recognize choices within your control while adapting to changes that are not, and resolve disharmony with others and within yourself.

What you can expect from me

After an initial introduction, we'll create a treatment plan that works best for you. Within a few sessions, I'll help you gain insight to yourself and the patterns in your life that may be attributing to your situation, as well as how to tap into your strengths. I am passionate about helping you find the courage and motivation to move forward with the life you want and deserve to live.
