Great to meet you!

I am known for: Offering an alternative perspective rooted in mindfulness and brain science, quickly building a strong therapeutic alliance where you will be seen as an individual not a label or diagnosis, and providing evidenced based tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, subconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My process includes utilizing EMDR to break through unconscious negative beliefs then shifting to CBT, mindfulness based, and coaching concepts to elevate conscious thinking to the level required to access your most desired life. By increasing awareness, taking accountability, and stepping out of conditioning and into worthiness, you will gain back control of your mind and in turn your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in whole human, whole story, whole life experience. You are fully whole, worthy and deserving, just as you are. Each of us deserves and has the capacity to live a joyful, fulfilling and purposeful life. It starts with a choice and committing to change, despite it feeling uncomfortable. I look forward to being your guide back to wholeness :)
