My specialty lies in helping others recognize and break free from limiting beliefs, unproductive behaviors and emotional patterns that lead to negative experiences and moods.

With over 18 years of clinical practice helping people heal painful, destructive or unfulfilling feelings and behaviors, I provide a safe and inclusive space to explore your desire for change. I have a deep respect for this human journey with its challenges, callings, and losses alongside the joy, fulfillment and belonging that are available. There is a way that any suffering can become a doorway to greater freedom and confidence.
