Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking this meaningful step - I'm truly grateful you've chosen to begin therapy. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore, grow, and heal at your own pace. I specialize in psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapy, supporting individuals working through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and past or present trauma. Together, we'll explore your inner world and move toward healing, self-understanding, and identifying solutions with lasting change.

My journey into becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about human behavior - why we do what we do, and how our experiences shape who we are. That curiosity grew into a calling, especially as I navigated my own challenges. My personal experiences and healing journey gave me not only insight but a deep empathy for how complex and difficult the healing process can be. What continues to motivate me is the privilege of walking alongside each client on their unique path.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and hands-on; I draw from psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and trauma-focused methods. I'll offer tools to help you better manage your emotions and behaviors, while we also look deeper to understand patterns and experiences that shape your life. Therapy is led by you - we'll work together on what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where open communication and active listening are at the heart of our work. You'll have the opportunity to share your experiences and receive thoughtful, empathetic support. When needed, I'll gently challenge and guide you to recognize insights that support meaningful growth.
