My clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and relationship-focused interventions. I also have Gottman Method Training at levels 1 and 2, and treating affairs and trauma, which informs my work with couples and relationship concerns. I help clients better understand patterns that may be affecting their emotions, relationships, and overall well-being, while building skills to communicate more effectively and respond to challenges in healthier ways. I have also received Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certified training, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) training, and GriefShare certification.
