Great to meet you!

Maybe you're exhausted from trying to be a GOOD mom, a GOOD partner, a GOOD daughter, and a GOOD employee. You're constantly thinking about what everyone else needs, worrying about disappointing people, or feeling guilty when you finally take a moment for yourself.

Maybe saying no feels uncomfortable, asking for help feels harder than doing it yourself, or you find yourself replaying conversations and wondering if you've upset someone. And even when you're doing your best, there's still that nagging feeling that you should be doing more.

My approach to therapy

Kristine Gallagher is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified perinatal therapist who helps moms navigate perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, and the emotional challenges of motherhood. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, she understands how pregnancy, postpartum life, and raising young children can bring new pressures and old patterns to the surface.

What you can expect from me

he'll help you connect the dots, understand why certain things feel so hard, and figure out what you can actually do differently. This isn't about caring less about other people or becoming someone you're not. It's about learning to set boundaries, loosen the expectations you place on yourself, and give yourself some of the same grace you give everyone else.

You can love your family without being responsible for everyone's happiness. You can be a good mom without getting everything right. And you can ask for help before the guilt, overwhelm, and resentment take over.
