Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm glad you're here.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated in 2008 from Fordham University and I am based in New York with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult and meaningful moments. My background includes working with grief and loss, chronic illness, hospice and end-of-life care, pregnancy and adoption, substance use, intellectual disabilities, and family support.

My approach to therapy

In my private practice, I specialize in supporting adults and families facing grief, loss, chronic or terminal illness, caregiving stress, adoption-related concerns, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, and major life changes. I also have experience working with clients who are neurodivergent or have intellectual or developmental disabilities.

What you can expect from me

My practice is primarily telehealth-based (New York clients only), offering flexible scheduling for busy professionals, caregivers, and anyone who finds comfort in meeting from home. I provide both short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term support, depending on what feels right for you.
