Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kristine Ibrahimi; I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe that therapy can be a valuable resource for anyone. Whether you are in the midst of life transitions, confronting personal obstacles, feeling stuck, or simply aiming for personal growth, therapy can serve as an invaluable tool. I have over 12 years experience working as a therapist, and have had the privilege of working with diverse age groups, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person is a unique individual, and I offer a person centered approach to collaborate closely with my clients to meet their distinct needs and goals. I am EMDR certified through EMDRIA, and have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, as well as utilizing EMDR to treat various other symptoms. I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journeys towards self-discovery, resilience, and enhanced overall life satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

It is important to me that my clients feel comfortable with the process. During the first session, clients have the opportunity to share a little about what brought them to therapy, discuss what they would ideally like to get out of our time together, and ask questions. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can successfully navigate life's challenges, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and work towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
