Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be tailored to you — because no two people experience life the same way. I bring experience across multiple therapeutic approaches, allowing me to adapt treatment to your unique needs, goals, and challenges. My work is solution-focused, practical, and centered on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overthinking, struggling with past experiences, or finding it difficult to manage day-to-day stress. Together, we focus on identifying patterns, building coping skills, and developing clear strategies to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety and trauma resolution and work exclusively with adults. My approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I help clients better understand how thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence current behaviors and relationships.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, or feeling stuck, we work together to develop practical tools that improve emotional regulation, reduce distress, and support long-term growth. My goal is to help you gain insight while also providing actionable steps that you can apply in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on understanding your history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. We’ll explore what brought you in, identify patterns or stressors, and begin defining clear, achievable goals.

My approach is structured yet supportive, helping you leave the first session with greater clarity, direction, and a plan for moving forward. Many clients find the first session helpful in organizing their thoughts, identifying priorities, and beginning the process of meaningful change.
