Great to meet you!

Are you finding it increasingly difficult to turn off worry thoughts or to ignore the judgmental voices in your head? Have feelings of anxiety and sadness intensified, but you’re not sure how to feel like yourself again? My goal as a therapist is to understand your personal struggles and identify your unique strengths, to create a foundation of healing for the most challenging areas of your life. It is possible to feel better and finding a therapist you trust is the first step.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, feelings of sadness, or difficulty with self image. Often our natural response is to push away negative feelings or try to distract ourselves. Using individualized strength-based, CBT, and mindfulness techniques, I help clients compassionately recognize and observe uncomfortable feelings, to identify and implement positive and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for a safe and supportive environment to work through these difficult emotions, I'm glad you came across my profile today. It is possible to feel deeply connected to yourself, to be more present, and for life to feel lighter and full of hope. Message or call me today to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. I look forward to learning about you and discussing the personal benefits you can expect from therapy.
