Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about helping adolescents and adults feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, women’s mental health concerns, and perinatal mood and anxiety challenges. My approach is compassionate and individualized, helping you build on your strengths and work toward greater emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I offer personalized therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and create positive changes in your daily life. I am also currently completing EMDR training to further expand my trauma-focused work.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it is completely normal to feel nervous, uncertain, or even a little overwhelmed when beginning this process. In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain from our work together. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own pace and feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we will identify your goals and begin creating a personalized approach that supports your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
