Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides personalized therapy to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, including PHP outpatient programs, inpatient hospitals, private practice, and telehealth, with a focus on anxiety, trauma, depression, women’s mental health, and perinatal mood and anxiety challenges.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a space for self-discovery, healing, and growth where you can feel accepted and understood. My approach is creative, holistic, and empowering, with a focus on helping you connect with your strengths, gain new perspectives, and develop tools that support your overall well-being. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to create meaningful changes that align with your values and goals. Through our work together, I hope to help you build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it is completely normal to feel nervous, uncertain, or even a little overwhelmed when beginning this process. In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to gain from our work together. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own pace and feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we will identify your goals and begin creating a personalized approach that supports your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
