I help adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck begin to make sense of their inner world—and find ways to move forward with clarity and self-compassion. You may have spent years feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or like you’re constantly trying to keep up. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or explain yourself—we start exactly where you are. As a trauma-informed therapist, I utilize various interventions, including EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
