Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed professional counselor and certified alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. I also hold a degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States — which means I bring a perspective that almost no other therapist has: an understanding of how sleep, nutrition, inflammation, and physical health intersect with anxiety, depression, and addiction. I work with adolescents and adults and accept insurance through Rula Health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is mindful, trauma-informed, and practical — I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I integrate a functional lens that looks at the whole picture rather than just the symptom. For addiction and substance use specifically, I draw on my LCADC training to work with what's actually driving the use, not just the behavior. I'm direct, non-judgmental, and I meet clients where they are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get oriented — I'll ask about what's been going on, what you've tried before, and what's feeling most urgent. I might also ask some questions you haven't heard from a therapist before, about sleep, energy, diet, and body-level experience — because those things matter in ways most therapy misses. By the end of the hour, you'll have a clear sense of my approach and whether it feels like the right fit.
