Great to meet you!

Born and raised in WNY, attended SUNY Buffalo, obtaining my bachelor's in psychology and master's in Social Work there.

I enjoy working with people of all ages who are striving to move through and process the difficult life experiences, changes and transitions we all experience such as grief & loss, divorce, trauma, addictions of all kinds, parenting and behavioral problems in children and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

Meeting people where they are; I can offer many years experience with a solid understanding of interpersonal struggles, family dynamics, crisis intervention and trauma recovery. I utilize evidenced based interventions such as BrainSpotting and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you heal your brain-body-heart.

Crisis can be seen as an opportunity for change. Growth and healing in your heart come as a result of incorporating interventions that target the brain and body. We all possess the ability to heal ourselves and overcome great adversity. I look forward to helping you on your journey to well being
