My name is Kristofer Rounsville, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with diverse ages and backgrounds. Mental health issues that I have experience with include, but are not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, crisis, and relationship problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping clients with emotional growth, behavioral changes, and self-actualization. I use a non-judgmental, person-centered approach along with being proficient in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I strive to make clients feel welcomed and understood while meeting them where they are on the path of self-care.
