A bit about my approach to therapy

Kristole provides her clients with trauma informed care while eliciting techniques from TF-CBT, Reality Therapy, Person Centers Therapy and the Strength Based Perspective. Her approach provides a safe space for individuals to arrive at their own conclusions about “living their best life” while she walks alongside them as a competent guide to enlightenment and understanding of their own traumas, depression, anxiety, and relational patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

Client will leave the first session with me with a expectation and hope that it is possible to live their best life if they so desire.
