Great to meet you!

I will meet you with honesty, gentle accountability and just enough irreverent humor to keep from getting overwhelmed by the things that are uncontrollable.

My approach to therapy

Usually, folks are not looking for a therapist when life feels grand and things are going along smoothly. But I believe that those are precisely the moments when the possibility of joy is nearest to us.

Rooted in evidence-based practices, I approach our sessions with equal parts of common sense and kindness.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported, without expecting you to share everything right away. We’ll work together to understand what’s been difficult, what you want to feel different, and what healing might look like for you. Along the way, we’ll build ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

I look forward to helping you discover new ways to show up for yourself and meet whatever life throws at you with all the dignity and grace that you deserve.
