Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and begin to move forward with confidence.

I hold degrees in Psychology and Human Services from Liberty University and earned my Master of Social Work from Radford University in 2020. I became licensed in 2023 and bring over 15 years of experience, including 6 years working with adults and a strong background in trauma-informed care.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, focusing on building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

As a trauma-focused, humanistic, and attachment-based therapist, I integrate evidence-informed practices with a deep respect for each client's unique strengths and experiences. I am a trained practitioner of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), an approach rooted in connection, empowerment, and correction that is especially effective with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, or attachment disruptions. I offer a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and rebuild a healthier sense of self. Together, we’ll work to understand and shift patterns shaped by the past, so you can cultivate more fulfilling relationships and a deeper connection to yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other as we talk about your current challenges. I would love to hear your expectations and goals for therapy, or help you figure out what those are! By the end of our session, we'll have a plan to move forward in our follow-up sessions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where individuals and families feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. My goal is to walk alongside you as you deepen your self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful, resilient lives. If you have questions or concerns please reach out. I am happy to help!
