My name is Kristy Gustavson, and I am the sole owner of Table for One LLC. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to go along side you as you explore, heal, and embrace all sides of yourself.

Since received my masters from Towson University in 2016, I have worked in mental health and addiction settings, working with clients with depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, adjustment disorders, borderline personality disorder, and more.

I use a multi theoretical approach to counseling, incorporating DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness interventions to guide my practice. In addition, I focus heavily on relationships. Relationships with family, friends, and partners; as well as your relationship with yourself and your body.

Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I hope that through our work together, you gain a better understanding of yourself from a place of self-compassion and self-love. By looking at your relationships with yourself and others, I will walk along side of you as you heal and embrace all sides of yourself.
