My approach to therapy

I believe building trust and forming a great relationship with each client is of utmost importance. I like to meet people at whatever state of mind they came to me in, let them know they matter, are heard, validate their concerns, and then help them find their way to a healthier state of mind through empathy and psychoeducation.

What you can expect from me

We will discuss what needs the client has and changes are wanted. Then we will set goals together and create a pathway toward reaching those goals. I use many types of therapy depending on the client. I like to use creativity and technology to keep things interesting and interactive since we are only meeting through telehealth.
