Great to meet you!

Hello! Welcome to the beginning of your new health journey to feeling better. I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals. After 20 years of practice in a variety of psychiatric care settings, I have developed my own unique approach to individualizing care.

Medication management and psychotherapy are not one-size-fits-all. Medication needs are influenced not only by diagnosis and symptoms, but also by genetics, sensitivities, metabolism, & your core beliefs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open-minded, accepting, informative, solution-oriented, and catered specifically to you.

Collaboration with your therapist & medical providers is key to ensure the safest and most comprehensive care plan.

Labs, diagnostic tests, & referrals may occur, depending on your specific treatment needs.

(Please note that I do not provide stimulant medication for ADHD at this time).

What you can expect from me

I truly believe that helping people in need of psychiatric treatment is my life's purpose. Understanding who you are and what you value is important to me.

Previous clients have stated, "I feel seen," and "you have helped me more than any other provider."

It is my goal that you feel heard, seen, and accepted.

Let's work together to develop a plan of care to meet your goals for wellness!
