Great to meet you!

I aim to ensure that when you walk through my door, you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted from the very first moment. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to—someone who creates a safe space where you can let down your guard without fear of judgment.

Many people come to see me expecting counseling to feel intimidating or uncomfortable, worried I’ll force them into conversations they aren't ready to have. More than once, I’ve heard, “Wow... I thought this would be difficult and awkward. I was so wrong.”

Instead, I want you to find a place where you can breathe, open up at your own pace, and reconnect with the best parts of yourself. My hope is that, perhaps for the first time, you will feel deeply understood in a way that feels both unfamiliar and profoundly healing.

My approach to therapy

We're all gonna get kicked in the butt! However, it is how we respond to the butt kicking that matters most. Whether you need need someone to listen, help you change a behavior, or delve into your past, you will be supported with an approach that is tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

I will begin with a nonjudgmental intake where you can share the reason for therapy and your goals. Then, I will make suggestions about they type of treatment I can offer, and you can decide if we are a good fit!
