I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over a decades worth of experience working with kids, teens and parents of all types. I most often treat trauma, anxiety, and family issues in individuals and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work closely with the family to help improve communication as well as increase coping skills. I often use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Trauma focused CBT, Play therapy, Sandtray therapy as well as CBT and ERP.
