Great to meet you!

It's nice to meet you!!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 16 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. My primary focus is supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, and the effects of domestic violence. My approach is affirming, open-minded, and solution-oriented. Using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy, I help clients understand their thoughts and feelings while developing practical strategies for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Life’s ups and downs can feel difficult to navigate alone. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Art Therapy, I’ll help you explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll develop practical, lifelong strategies to support your overall healing process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, and I’ll work to help you feel comfortable. During your first session, we’ll get to know each other, complete intake paperwork, discuss your goals, review confidentiality and session structure, and identify an approach that best fits your needs.
