Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience, I help individuals, couples, and families work through life’s challenges—including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties—with compassion and care. I believe healing begins with hope and connection, and I work collaboratively to help clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends solution-focused, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to support growth and lasting well-being. I also utilize Gottman research backed practice and theory. My goal is to nurture hope and resilience, helping clients find healing, self-understanding, and stronger connections in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In my first sessions I work to understand you and the issues that are bringing you in for help. My goal is that my clients feel understood, supported, and leave knowing that help is here and they WILL start to feel better!!! I want clients to leave the first session feeling hope again.
