Great to meet you!

I am a clinical mental health counselor licensed in the state of Vermont. I provide tele health services for people of all ages experiencing mental health challenges. I specialize in treating PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. I have worked in the mental health field for 30 plus years and have acquired a diverse skill set.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of techniques. I provide unconditional positive regard throughout the therapy process. I partner with clients to achieve their goals and reduce suffering. I am EMDR trained and routinely incorporate DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, IFS, somatics/movement and mindfulness. I often incorporate neuro sequential and poly vagal techniques and education.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include a clinical interview for a psycho-social assessment. We will review clients hopes and wishes for therapy, what works and what does not work for the client. Together we develop an individual plan of care with goals and objectives. This plan will be routinely revisited and updated as indicated by the client.
