Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kristyn, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know you’re not alone. If life feels heavy or peace feels out of reach, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we work toward hope, balance, and healing together.

With over nine years of experience, I use a mix of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I view clients as the experts in their own lives and work collaboratively to help them navigate challenges and build on their strengths. Together, we focus on exploring what matters most to you, developing practical coping skills, and fostering insight and resilience in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we'll begin with brief introductions. Following that, I'll ask you specific questions about your history and the challenges you're currently facing. The main objective is to create a safe and comfortable environment, fostering a positive connection between us. From there, we'll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan for our future sessions.
