Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, helping clients gain insight while also learning concrete tools they can use in everyday life. I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and believe that lasting change comes from balancing acceptance with intentional growth. My goal is to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to build healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, and mindfulness-based interventions while integrating trauma-informed care and practical coping strategies. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and gently challenged to develop new perspectives and healthier patterns. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and create lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, relaxed conversation focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve through counseling. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process, and together we'll begin developing a plan that feels personalized, collaborative, and aligned with your needs. My priority is to help you leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
