Great to meet you!

Beauty heals. In a world filled with the images of war and the reality of suffering, beauty pierces

through brokenness to create something new and provide a path forward. I meet clients where you are and support you in reaching to where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I am a person-centered therapist who works from an attachment lens with specializations in trauma and art therapy. I've worked with individuals ranging from survivors of torture, to parents struggling with childhood cancers, to teenagers getting in trouble with the law after a lot of life changes. With more than a decade of experience in human services, I care about understanding what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it.

What you can expect from me

Unapologetic real talk here....the first session is usually filled with disclosures and intake requirements that leave little margin for the things that I actually love the most about therapy. That said, I focus on creating a comfortable environment for us to start to get to know each other and to begin to chart a course for future sessions.
