Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over a decade and have spent the past eight years providing therapy to adolescents and adults. My work focuses on supporting clients through challenges related to self‐esteem, anxiety, family and peer relationships, body image, depression, academic and work stress, grief and loss, and anger management.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down‐to‐earth, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, talking through what’s been weighing on you, and building practical tools that fit your life. I focus on creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

In our work together, I draw from approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution‐Focused Therapy. These help us explore what’s getting in the way, highlight your strengths, and move toward the goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know each other and start making sense of what brought you in. I’ll ask some gentle questions about what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to work toward, and what feels most important right now. You’ll have plenty of room to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

I bring my full attention and presence to that first conversation so you feel heard and supported from the start. We’ll begin outlining what you want from therapy and what would help you feel successful moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and the reassurance that you’re not navigating things alone.
