Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California, with a Masters degree from the University of Southern California. With over a decade of experience in the field, I have dedicated the past 8 years to providing therapy to clients. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges related to self-esteem, anxiety, family and peer relationships, body image, depression, academic and work stress, grief and loss, and anger management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my therapy sessions, I commonly utilize the following theoretical approaches: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session
