Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Krystal, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adolescents and adults feel confident navigating the chaos that is life. With experience in many levels of care, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse set of clients. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for clients to share and grow freely. Growth is all about leaving your comfort zone, send me an email, and let's grow together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach to meet clients where they are and address what they feel is impacting their lives the most. I believe that building a strong relationship is the foundation of therapy. This is done by maintaining a non-judgmental stance and offering unconditional positive regard. I believe that leading with curiosity, kindness, and compassion is crucial to maintaining a safe space for healing.

What you can expect from our first session

  • Creating a treatment plan that is congruent with your goals
  • Identifying current coping skills and learning new ones
  • Identifying areas of concern and how they impact daily living
  • Learning to identify and name emotions
