You can expect a conversation where you don't have to perform or have it all together. Just show up exactly as you are.

Our first session is highly purposeful. We will spend this time exploring what brought you in, identifying the specific roadblocks you are facing, and mapping out a clear path forward.
If you are joining me for premium couples therapy, this is the session where we review your initial relationship assessment data together so we can immediately target the root of the conflict.
Actionable Goals and Concrete Outcomes
By the end of our first session, you will not leave empty-handed. We will collaboratively establish achievable goals tailored to your unique life and career. Whether our focus is on trauma recovery, severe burnout, or communication strategies, my outcome for session one is simple: I want you to log off feeling a massive sense of relief, knowing you finally have an expert in your corner and a strategic, actionable roadmap for the future.
