Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Krystal

I know reaching out for support can feel intimidating, so my biggest priority is creating a comfortable, zero-judgment space where you can just be exactly who you are. Whether you are navigating relationship struggles, the heavy stress of a demanding career, or just feeling stuck, we will work together to build a clear, practical roadmap forward.

My approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is built on a simple premise: you shouldn't have to spend months venting without seeing real change. I combine empathy with a highly strategic, results-driven roadmap to help you heal and move forward.

My Therapeutic Style My style is collaborative, transparent, and appropriately direct. Rooted in a Person-Centered philosophy, my virtual office is a non-judgmental, safe space where your voice and lived experiences lead the way.

You are the expert on your own life, while I serve as the expert on the clinical roadmap. I won't just sit and nod; I actively engage with you, challenge negative cycles, and equip you with tangible tools.

My Clinical Focus & Specializations

  • Trauma & High-Stress Professionals: As a Triple-Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and Certified First Responder Trauma Therapist, I specialize in complex trauma, severe burnout, and critical incident stress. I understand the unique culture of the badge, the ER, and the boardroom, and I provide highly confidential care tailored to high-stakes professions.
  • Premium Couples Therapy: I utilize a highly structured, data-driven approach for relationships.I use comprehensive relationship assessments to triage the exact root of the conflict and immediately implement actionable strategies.

The Modalities I Use I integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to your specific needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help restructure unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for profound emotional regulation and distress tolerance, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for rapid, goal-oriented problem-solving.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Our First Session

A Zero-Judgment, Comfortable Environment

I know that logging into your first therapy session can feel incredibly daunting, especially if you are used to being the strong one for everyone else. My primary goal in our first hour together is to remove that pressure.

You can expect a conversation where you don't have to perform or have it all together. Just show up exactly as you are.

Clarity and Direction

Our first session is highly purposeful. We will spend this time exploring what brought you in, identifying the specific roadblocks you are facing, and mapping out a clear path forward.

If you are joining me for premium couples therapy, this is the session where we review your initial relationship assessment data together so we can immediately target the root of the conflict.

Actionable Goals and Concrete Outcomes

By the end of our first session, you will not leave empty-handed. We will collaboratively establish achievable goals tailored to your unique life and career. Whether our focus is on trauma recovery, severe burnout, or communication strategies, my outcome for session one is simple: I want you to log off feeling a massive sense of relief, knowing you finally have an expert in your corner and a strategic, actionable roadmap for the future.
