Great to meet you!

There are seasons of life that nobody quite prepares you for, and some of the hardest ones involve your body, your relationships, or both. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the particular weight that comes with infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum challenges, and the transition into motherhood. I also have experience supporting military service members and their families, and I bring perspective shaped by international social work training that informs how I think about identity, family dynamics, and what culturally responsive support actually looks like. Women's concerns and cultural and ethnic experiences are areas I return to often and care deeply about.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative and built around you: your pace, your goals, and your definition of what a better life looks like. I'll help you identify your strengths, develop practical tools for managing what's hard, and work through the patterns that keep showing up. Whether you're carrying grief, navigating relationship strain, managing anxiety, or trying to make sense of a major life transition, we'll move in whatever direction feels most needed. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for real change, and I take that seriously from the very first session.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll take time to learn about you: what brought you in, what you're hoping for, and what has and hasn't felt helpful before. I'll listen, ask a few questions, and we'll begin mapping out what our work together might look like. Therapy isn't a quick fix. It's a process of growth and healing that takes real time, and I'll be with you through every part of it. If you're ready to take that step, I'd love to connect.
