Great to meet you!

I’m Krystal Davis, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5 years of experience supporting individuals and families through anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, stress, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other seasons of change.

I believe therapy should be a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you’re experiencing. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling in your relationships, or simply ready for something to change, I’ll meet you where you are and help you find a path forward.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empowering, and collaborative. I believe you know yourself best, and therapy should be tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools you can use in everyday life. I also incorporate a person-centered approach so you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the process.

Together, we’ll build on your strengths, work through challenges, and focus on realistic steps that help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to accomplish. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start.

I’ll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals while creating a warm and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and where we can start.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered about the next steps in your journey.
