Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply need someone to talk to, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can happen.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin. I view therapy as a collaborative process—you are the expert on your life, and it's a privilege to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful as you move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I believe therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique experiences. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and trauma-informed care, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

You don't have to have all the answers before you begin—you just have to be willing to take the first step.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there's no pressure to share everything right away—we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and the therapy process. Before we wrap up, we'll begin identifying your goals and discuss what working together may look like. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
