Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with more than a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I use a trauma-informed approach and incorporate Brainspotting to support deeper emotional processing and healing. I am trained in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International and have completed Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy for couples work. I aim to provide a collaborative, supportive space where clients can gain insight, strengthen connection, and move toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their emotions, patterns, and relationships without judgment. I integrate approaches such as Brainspotting to support deeper trauma processing, and I draw from the relational framework of Gottman Method Couples Therapy when working with couples. Whether supporting individuals navigating life transitions or mothers adjusting to the perinatal period, my goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier connections with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We will talk about goals for therapy and begin identifying areas where support may be most helpful. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable working with me and for us to begin building a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship.
