Great to meet you!

Are you the person everyone depends on, but lately you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you're carrying too much? You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, workplace stress, relationship concerns, or a major life change and know something needs to change, even if you're not sure where to start. That's where I can help.

I work with children, adolescents and adults and provide both ongoing therapy and short-term, solution-focused support. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, understand what's getting in the way, and develop practical strategies you can actually use in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, supportive, and collaborative. I don’t believe therapy should feel like you’re being talked at or judged. We’ll talk about what’s really going on, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and work on practical ways to move forward. I use approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed strategies based on your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what to say or having everything figured out. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to get from therapy. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and clear about where we can go from here.
