Great to meet you!

Dr. Krystal Gregg has over a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist. Her approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based interventions. Treatment is tailored within a collaborative therapeutic relationship, with curiosity for each individual’s vision for the future. Dr. Gregg is committed to assisting clients in increasing life satisfaction, resolving symptoms, optimizing relationships, and confidently moving forward.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Gregg approaches therapy with compassion, respect, and honesty. Research shows that a strong therapeutic relationship is the most potent ingredient for improvement, and trust is the foundation. Therapy can be hard work as it asks a person to experiment with and apply new strategies to expand one’s repertoire; when old patterns have outlived their usefulness. Utilizing evidence-based interventions is another active ingredient for positive treatment outcomes. Each individual brings a different perspective and personality, and treatment is tailored accordingly. The goal for therapy is not just short-term symptom relief, but also lasting returns long after therapy has ended.

What you can expect from me

The initial session is focused on understanding the challenges you are currently facing and your goals for our work together. My intent is to understand the factors that shape present-day patterns and to begin applying interventions with a strong research base.
