Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and veteran, I bring compassion, understanding, and an appreciation for diverse backgrounds and life experiences into my work. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, respected, and understood.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, and life's challenges. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and feel empowered to create meaningful change. I believe healing and personal growth are possible for everyone, and I consider it a privilege to support you along that journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a checklist. My approach is warm, open-minded, and collaborative, creating space for you to be yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, build on your strengths, and discover practical ways to navigate life's challenges. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support and empower you as you move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust and understanding. I recognize that starting therapy can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar, so my priority is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your concerns and goals, and begin identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work alongside you to develop a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable.
