Great to meet you!

For more than 15 years, I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and substance use. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized—I don't believe people fit neatly into diagnoses or one-size-fits-all treatment. I integrate evidence-based therapies with nervous system regulation, mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work to help clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and challenged with compassion so you can move beyond insight and build a life that feels more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me. Rather than relying on a single approach or protocol, I use an integrative, evidence-based style that draws from a variety of therapeutic frameworks based on your individual needs, goals, and strengths. My approach is warm, collaborative, and engaging, and I value open, direct communication so we can address what's most important to you in a meaningful and effective way. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, develop practical tools for lasting change, and build greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection to yourself and others. My goal is not just to help you feel better, but to help you create meaningful, sustainable change that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

My priority is creating a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current challenges, identify your goals, and begin to understand the patterns, experiences, and strengths that have shaped where you are today. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and collaborate with you on a plan that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to your needs. My hope is that you leave your first sessions feeling heard, understood, and with greater clarity about the path forward.
