Great to meet you!

You’ve always known it — there’s more to you than the life you’ve been living.

Even if no one else sees it, you can feel it... that pull toward something greater. Yet somehow, you keep finding yourself in the same patterns — the same unfulfilling relationships, the same emotional roadblocks, the same cycles that leave you wondering, “Why does this keep happening?”

It’s not because you’re broken or weak. It’s because part of you is still carrying the weight of old wounds, stories, and beliefs that aren’t truly yours. My work is about helping you release those layers so you can remember who you really are — powerful, whole, and destined for more.

I am a holistic therapist rated 5 stars for my open, empowering, and conscious approach to healing. My work blends psychology, spirituality, and integrative wellness to guide you toward your highest potential. I have studied with leaders such as Victor Oddo and Aaron Doughty, am completing my certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with Marisa Peer, and pursuing my Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine at Quantum University, learning alongside visionaries like Dr. Joe Dispenza. My background also includes training in life coaching, nutrition, and self-awareness teaching.

If you’re ready to rise into the life you were always meant to live, I invite you to read my Google reviews (https://share.google/2m5633f0XVktnmG0U) — stories from clients who describe our work together as transformative, deeply safe, and life-changing.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is the fusion of psychological insights and spiritual wisdom. I guide clients through powerful processes to identify and release limiting beliefs, rewire the subconscious mind, and integrate practices like mindfulness, shadow work, and emotional healing. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking to break free from old patterns, release emotional blockages, or create a life in alignment with your true self.

What you can expect from me

Each session offers a safe, non-judgmental space where you are encouraged to be fully authentic. You will leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and renewed confidence to navigate challenges. Over time, you can expect to experience deeper self-awareness, stronger boundaries, and a sense of balance and purpose. My mission is to empower you to step into your true potential and co-create a life filled with meaning, joy, and fulfillment.
