Great to meet you!

You love each other, but lately it feels like you’re living in two different worlds. One of you feels exhausted from carrying the mental load, asking for the same things, and wondering why you don’t feel considered. The other may feel like you’re constantly trying but never getting it right, overwhelmed by a busy mind, and tired of feeling like a disappointment. Somewhere along the way, connection became frustration, resentment, and distance. You want your partner back. You want to feel the romance you felt in the beginning. You want to understand each other and find your way back to the relationship you know is still is possible.

My approach to therapy

I help couples understand the patterns keeping them stuck, especially couples navigating the ADHD/non-ADHD dynamic. Through my Two-Mirror Process, we learn to see ourselves and each other with greater honesty, curiosity, and compassion while building practical skills for communication, intimacy, and connection. I use a solution-focused approach alongside evidence-informed couples interventions, including Gottman-informed tools, attachment-based work, trauma-informed interventions, and skills for communication, emotional expression, empathy, boundaries, and conflict repair. The goal? To feel considered, understood and like a team again.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been trying to figure things out on your own. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what’s wrong. I’ll meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and ask the questions that help you see things differently. I’ll also challenge you when there’s something important to look at, because growth requires honesty. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you move forward. Take the first step. Let’s talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I can help.
