Hello, my name is Krystal Ramirez Felan. I work with adolescents and adults

struggling with anxiety, abuse, grief, shame, military life, life transitions, emotional regulation, depression, religion, and spirituality.

I work from a relational approach utilizing the intimacy therapy model, attachment based therapies.

"When the world says, "give up", hope whispers, "try it one more time"". Sometimes we feel like all hope is lost. We feel alone and exhausted and we don't know where to turn to get back on track. This is why I became a therapist, to help others, to walk with others through what feels like a hopeless place. You made a big step already just by seeking support. Together, we can work through obstacles in a way that seeks restoration, growth, and balance.
