Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, trauma-informed care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral concerns, aging, cognitive changes, and major life transitions. I also work with family members impacted by a loved one's substance use, helping them understand addiction, establish healthy boundaries, and manage the emotional and relational stress that can come with it.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach that focuses on emotional well-being, resilience, and empowerment. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support, tools, and therapeutic environment. My goal is to meet client where they are and walk alongside them as they work toward stability, clarity and improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about beginning the process of unlocking the key to your healing. We will take time to understand what you are going through in a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
