Krystal Sanchez

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I work with ages 8+ in addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. We all experience unwanted circumstances, emotions, and addictions that are difficult to handle alone. What has been harmed in relationship with others must be healed with relationship. That's where I come in.

For those who cannot use insurance, my self-pay rate is flexible as I provide a sliding fee scale. Please contact me for more information.

Most of my experience has been working with teens to middle-aged adults suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and addictions. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to incorporate Christian ideals into their therapy experience. Whatever your concern is, my primary goal is to make you feel understood. So, I am pretty laid back and can be blunt in my communication. You are spending valuable time and money to heal. I want to work at your pace, but also encourage you to meet your goals.

We will begin by getting to know each other so that you can feel more comfortable sharing the important issues in your life. After gathering needed information, we will work together to form a treatment plan specific to your needs. We will then work specifically on each goal using various methods that will work for you.
