Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Krystal. From an early age, I’ve felt a strong calling to help others, and that passion continues to guide my work today. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2020, after completing my Bachelor’s in Human Services.

With over 10 years of experience supporting both adults and children, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including intensive in-home services, community mental health, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet people where they are and provide care that feels supportive, compassionate, and tailored to each individual.

I truly value creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. No matter your background or what you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support and guide you in a way that feels safe and empowering. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I draw from a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and strengths-based techniques, to meet your unique needs. Whether you're working through challenges or seeking personal growth, we’ll work together at your pace to help you feel more confident, understood, and supported.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and compassionate environment, where moments of lightness and laughter are welcomed, and where you feel genuinely cared for throughout your journey.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more at ease about the process.
